One Person Can Make A Difference
Mission
Our mission is to "Help Families that are in a Battle Against Cancer
" by
providing a structure for thousands of families across the United States
at all economic levels to "Stand Together As One".
Please help us by reaching out to those in need
and joining the "Soccer For A Cure Team".
Objective:
- Encourage the entire soccer community of coaches, players, fans, and friends to
join the "Soccer For A Cure Team" and become proactive in our battle
against cancer,
- Grow the team to at least 100,000 by the end of 2010,
- Work with cancer care facilities and cancer related non-profit
organizations to identify the issues facing
families and individuals dealing with cancer and how Soccer For A Cure can
best address these issues,
- Promote cancer related fund raising events in state and local communities,
- Encourage professional, college, high school, and club teams to sponsor
a "Soccer For A Cure" game or event to collect donations
to help families fight the battle
